Decontamination and Risk Reduction Objectives

This method can improve the environment by reducing biological activity that is normally essential post-water damage events or after remediation. It should not be confused with detailed decontamination. Although beneficial to those suffering from mould, it is not  recommended method for chronic inflammatory response (CIRS) as it does not remove the greatest risks and hazards of inflammatory particulates and further cleaning is required by the client.

The process

1. You will need to vacate the property for at least 8 hours

2. We will apply dry or wet fog-activated Hydrogen Peroxide to permeate through the property at up to 400,000 particles per meter. This will remain airborne for around 6 hours before settling on surfaces.

3. This can be followed by a subsidised  electrostatic static misting, which can provide long-term protection against biological growth. 

NOTE this process uses a chemical and application process developed and internationally used by the military. While this process can oxidise spores and hyphal fragments residue may require cleaning.
