• Insulation and heat loss or gain to ductwork
• Condition of ventilation ductwork in terms of contamination
• Condidtion of drip trays or pans
• Oxygen and carbon dioxide levels
• Air movement (laminar) supply to all areas
• Condition of cooling coils
