For UK Employers and HR Managers

Our focus issues for employers and human resources are energy cost and absenteeism reduction. With air conditioning and temperature controls costing around 30% of energy bills simple cost effective recommendations can see cost reductions up to 25%.

Apart from energy savings, the quality of indoor air has been found to be closely related to absenteeism. Our IAQ investigations can identify the most common causes for preventable absenteeism which in examples have shown typical absentee reductions of 20 to 50%.

Air quality issues include the measurment of carbon dioxide, oxygen, ozone, and VOCs (Volatile Organic Chemicals).

Mould both live and dead invariably have a significant relevence in IAQ  (Indoor Air Quality) and air sampling can assist in identifying problem areas. Following sampling we provide a full report and reccomendations.

We inspect Ventilation duct systems and AHU (Air Handling Units) for cleanliness but more importantly for carriage of harmful dust, debris or mould fragments and spores.

Dust levels are measured to assess the efficency of filtration and this may lead to substantial reduction in running costs from cost effective works.
