Building Forensics is a trading name of 999 Team Ltd and has developed a unique audit and inspection service from the highest technical certification  and over 30 years practical experience. Principal consultant Jeff Charlton personally undertakes all projects and utilises both state of art equipment and world class laboratories to provide accurate reports and guidance or reccomendations.  In 2004 Jeff was involved with the "Toxic Mould Task Force" in the USA which developed the internationally recognised IICRC S520 mold decontamination protocols.
